Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church will, on or after October 18, 2017 QUITCLAIM, GRANT and CONVEY to DAVID B. VANCE, II, all of their right, title and interest, in and to the following lots, tracts or parcels of land, situate in Harris District, Wood County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows:

The object of the above styled civil action is to partition certain real property containing 2.4 acres, more or less, situate in the District of Parkersburg, County of Wood and State of West Virginia, and being the same real property conveyed by Lawrence David Walters, as Executor of the Estate of Effie V. Walters, Deceased to Lawrence David Walters, Paul F. Walters, Stephen Andrew Alters and Sharon Jean Walters Smith, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ritchie County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1008, at page 571.

It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that Lawrence David Walters is a nonresident of the State of West Virginia, whose residence address is 810 Mahan Denmar Road, Bristolville, OH 44402.

ORDERED that Lawrence David Walters appear and serve upon Robert S. Fluharty Jr., attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 417 Grand Park Drive, Suite 101, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26105, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Complaint filed in this action, on or before the 31st day December, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office located in the Wood County Courthouse situate in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
