The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.268257, -81.668679.

The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
0.14 TPY of particulate less than 10 microns (PM10), 0ô01 TPY of volatile organic compounds, and 0.01 TPY of total Hazardous Air Pollutants, 0.01 TPY of formaldehude, and 0.01 TPY of methanol.

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about August 1, 2019.
