On or about April 4, 2012, R.P., on or about March 22, 2014, K.P., on or about September 2, 2015, J.B., the above-named children, were born to AKIETTA PARKER. It appearing that the Father, MICHAEL BASS, of the above-named childrenás whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the FEBRUARY 21, 2017, at the hour of 4:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, MICHAEL BASS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, GEORGE TORRES, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 3901 BRISCOE RUN ROAD, PARKERSBURG, WV, 26105, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 422-1337.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, MICHAEL BASS, with respect of the above-named children, R.P., K.P., and J.B.
