LEGAL NOTICE
In accordance with Article 1761 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Williamstown, the persons named below are hereby notified that the Building Safety Commission of the City of Williamstown may, at any time on or after August 1, 2019, enter upon that certain property located at 212-214 Second Street, Williamstown, West Virginia, for the purpose of demolition of the structure located thereon, all in accordance with an Order of the Building Safety Commission entered on May 9, 2019, as follows:

STREET, WILLIAMSTOWN, WOOD COUNTY,

TO: AMANDA BRIGHT, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS
ADMINISTRATRIX OF THE ESTATE OF BERNARD
WAYNE RICHARDS, deceased and the UNKNOWN
HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF BERNARD
WAYNE RICHARDS, deceased
At a meeting held on May 9, 2019, the Building Safety Commission of the City of Williamstown, West Virginia, determined that the outbuildings upon property located at 212-214 Second Street, Williamstown, Wood County, West Virginia, are structures which are unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and detrimental to the public safety and welfare. It is therefore ORDERED that the owners of the outbuildings be demolished and all debris removed by August 1, 2019.
You are further notified that in accordance with the provisions of Article 1761 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Williamstown, West Virginia, that if you fail to comply with the provisions of this Notice, the City of Williamstown may cause the outbuildings herein described to be demolished, and that a lien may be placed upon your real property for the cost of such demolition and attendant, attorney fees and costs.
You are further notified of the following:
A. You have the right to request a hearing before
the Building Safety Commission, provided such re quest be made in writing by July 5, 2019;
and
B. You have the right to apply to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for a temporary injunction or other similar relief restraining action by the City of Williamstown, provided that such application be filed by August 1, 2019.
