At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have an address of: 704 Hill Ave Parkersburg, WV 26101 aka 403 Hill Ave Parkersburg, WV 26101.

 

The referenced real estate will be conveyed with no covenants of warranty, and subject to all covenants, restrictions, easements, rights of way and reservations which may be a matter of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office or visible upon the ground, all prior liens and encumbrances, including, without limitation, liens for real estate taxes, incinerator, sanitary and sewer charges. The purchasers at the sale shall be responsible for paying the recording costs and also the tax on the privilege of transferring real property (the cost of the tax stamp to be affixed to the deed). The purchasers shall be responsible for payment of all real estate taxes.

The subject property will be sold in âAS ISã condition. The Substitute Trustee shall be under no duty to cause any existing tenant or person occupying the subject property to vacate said property.

TERMS: $9,000.00 in cash and/or certified funds as deposit with the balance due and payable within 30 days of the day of sale.

FEDERAL TAX LIEN: In the event that there are Federal Tax Liens against the property, the United States would have the right to redeem the property within a period of 120 days from the date of such sale or the period allowable for redemption under local law, whichever is longer.

Pursuant to the Deed of Trust, the Trustee may postpone the sale by public announcement at the time and place designated or by posting a notice of the same, and act by agent in the execution of the sale. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont) has received approval from the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, to conduct a Comprehensive Performance Test for a boiler that is subject to 40 CFR 63 subpart EEE (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Hazardous Waste Combustors). The boiler is located at DuPont Washington Works at 8480 DuPont Road, Washington WV 26181 in Wood County. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.264967, -81.667460.

 

The approved plans for the testing are available for public review at the South Parkersburg Library, located at 1807 Blizzard Dr, Parkersburg, WV 26101. The test plans will be available for 60 days, beginning with the date of this notice. Testing is expected to begin on Wednesday, November 9.

Sealed bids for the City of Parkersburg Friendship Park Enhancement Project will be received by the City of Parkersburg, West Virginia in the Office of the Finance Director, First Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg, WV 26102 until 4:00PM local time on September 26, 2016 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

 

The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, other special structures, and all other means necessary to construct and complete the 2015 – 2016 Friendship Park Enhancement Project.

 

Bidding documents may be examined at the Office of the Finance Director, First Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg, WV 26102 or on the City of Parkersburgás official website under the àAnnouncementsá section at http://parkersburg city.com/wp/blog/

Bids may not be modified or withdrawn for a period of 60 days after receipt of bids without forfeiture of bid security, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages. A five percent (5%) bid bond or certified check must accompany all bids. Not necessary if bid alternative is not selected.

 

Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the presidentás Executive order Np. 11246 and 11375 and 41 CFR 60 and âFHWA 1273ã, which prohibit discrimination in employing regarding race, creed, religion, color, sex, national origin, or physical disability.

 

Bidder must comply with the requirements for Affirmative Action and Minority Business Enterprises participation as described In the Federal Specifications insert to the contract documents. The Wood-Washington -Wirt Interstate Planning Commission (WWW) is considering amendments to the Fiscal Year 2016-2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Wood County, West Virginia portions of the document. The TIP provides a list of highway, transit, and bicycle and pedestrian projects programmed over a four period utilizing federal funds. The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Water and Waste Management, hereby proposes the renewal of the Class D General Permit, Permit Number SWF-GP-NC-CLASS D, which regulates the activities of a Class D Solid Waste Facility. The Class D Solid Waste Facility, a noncommercial construction/ demolition disposal area no greater than two (2) acres in spacial area in which the height of construction/ demolition material may not exceed the height of the adjoining ground elevation, is defined by 33CSR1 âSolid Waste Management Ruleã. The Class D General Permit will be issued for a five (5) year term.

 

The Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management retains authority to require any registrant to obtain an individual solid waste permit. This authority will be exercised when the Director determines that such individual permit will better protect human health and/or the environment.

 

Interested persons may submit written comments during the 30-day public comment period, which begins on September 13, 2016 and ends on October 13, 2016, to the following address:
