Purchase Custom Made Christmas Lighting Displays

 

The City of Vienna Parks Department is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of multiple custom made Christmas Lighting Displays for various locations within the parks locations.

 

Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Vienna City Hall, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV  26105.

 

Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Friday, March 3, 2017 at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.

 

Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID #CC17-01ã.

 

Prospective bidders may contact Norm Harris at (304) 295-5070, ext. 366 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia and comply with the Davis Bacon Act if necessary. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered.
