NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated October 2, 2017, executed by Sylvia M. Cozart and Max E. Lassiter, Grantors, conveyed unto Martha Haymaker and David G. Palmer, Trustees, on behalf of Calhoun County Bank, Inc., and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Lien Book 1993 at page 603, and pursuant to that certain Substitution of Trustee dated November 7, 2018, of record in the aforesaid Clerkás Office in Lien Book 2045 at page 760, the undersigned will sell at public auction on December 21, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse in Parkersburg, West Virginia, all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being as follows:
In the District of Williams, County of Wood, and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded as described as follows:
BEING all of Lot No. Ten (10) of Brierwood Subdivision, Section 2, as shown and described on that certain Plat of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No 6, at page 8, to which plat is so of record reference is hereby made and had for a more particular description of said lot.
Being the same tract or parcel of land conveyed unto Sylvia M. Cozart and Max E. Lassiter by Daniel Alan Nichols by Deed dated September 6, 2017, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1268 at page 927.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, or a letter verifying approval of funding from lender with prior satisfactory arrangements made with the undersigned. Sale is subject to all unpaid taxes and assessments, which shall be assumed by the Purchaser. Any sale hereunder may be adjourned from time to time without any notice other than oral proclamation at the time and place appointed for the sale.
