Being the same real estate conveyed unto Cecil Charles Nichols and Martha L. Nichols died a resident of Wood County, West Virginia on July 10, 2001, thereby vesting title in the subject real estate in Martha L. Nichols pursuant to the survivorship provision of the aforesaid deed.

 

This conveyance is made subject to any and all exceptions, agreements, restrictions, covenants, easements and rights of way set forth in prior deeds of record.

The Calhoun County Board of Education, Mt. Zion, WV will receive bids for Calhoun County Middle / High School Restroom and Wastewater Treatment Plant Renovations until 11:00 a.m., local prevailing time on the 12th day of June, 2018, at the office of the Calhoun County Board of Education, 540 Alan B. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, Pill & Pill, PLLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated November 23, 2004, executed by the Borrower, Robert C. By Order issued on May 9, 2018, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued rule amendments to its Rules for the Construction and Filing of Tariffs, 150 C.S.R. 2 (Tariff Rules), and the Rules of Practice and Procedure, 150 C.S.R. 1 (Procedural Rules). The purpose of the revisions is to make the rules conform to Senate Bill 234 statutory changes that went into effect in 2015, House Bill 3096 statutory changes that went into effect in 2017, Senate Bill 10 statutory changes that went into effect this year, and to make other updates and improvements. The Commission Order established deadlines to receive written comments.

Anyone interested may obtain a copy of the Commission Order and the proposed amendments to the Tariff Rules and the Procedural Rules on the Commissionás website (www.psc.state.wv.us) or by request to Ingrid Ferrell, Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.O.
