Belpre City Schools (BCS) will receive sealed bids at the Treasurerás Office, 2014 Rockland Ave., Belpre OH 45714, until 2pm, local time, on Aug 30, 2016, for work to recondition hot air heating furnaces. Bids will be opened and read immediately afterwards. Submit questions to Dion Vance, BCS Maintenance Foreman (T 304.483.6308; bc_dvance@ belpre.k12.oh.us). Contract Documents may be viewed at BCS during normal business hours and are available electronically at no cost from Mr. Vance. This notice is posted at www.belpre.k12.oh.us under Quick Links on the About Us page; select Current Bids/RFPás. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled; contact Mr. Vance to visit the site.
A Bid Guaranty in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with the bid. A bid may not be withdrawn bid within 60 days after the bid opening. BCS reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, reject any or all bids, and conduct investigations into bidder responsibility.
