Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the Parkersburg High School Roof Replacement. Work shall include, but not be limited to complete tear-off and replacement of roofing and designated accessories as shown on drawings. New roofing construction is based on .090 mil fully-adhered membrane roofing system and will include replacement of coping, fascia, flashing and associated blocking and decking as scheduled and required. Bidding documents will be available at www.pickeringplanroom.com. Electronic bid documents will be provided at no cost and hard copies can be purchased for the cost of printing. A Prebid meeting will be held on April 20, 2017, beginning at 8:00 am at the Wood County Schools Physical Plant located and 4701 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV and site visit at Parkersburg High School will be at approximately 2:00 pm. Bids will be due at 11:00 am on May 5, 2017, in care of Garry Cooper at the Physical Plant Office, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
