ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this action is for property located at 1609 Lawrence Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 to be sold by judicial sale following appointment of counsel for Plaintiff as Special Commissioner of the Court to sell this property per the West Virginia Code on partition and that Plaintiff be reimbursed off the top for his itemized contribution to the premises and expenses as set forth herein, and for such other and further relief as may be proper.

It appearing by Affidavit that Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts or circumstances of all named Defendants herein and unknown heirs and or devises as indicated it is,

ORDERED that all the named Defendants herein serve upon R. Vance Golden, III, of Golden & Amos, PLLC, whose address is 543 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101 an answer or defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 31 day of March, 2017 otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
