PUBLIC NOTICE
The Wood-Washington-Wirt Interstate Planning Commission (WWW-IPC) is in the process of developing the Draft Biennial Transportation Plan (TIP) for the Fiscal Years 2018-2021. The TIP is a list of transportation projects in the study area that are programmed to receive federal funding authorization during the four years covered by the TIP. The study area includes all of Wood County, West Virginia and portions of Washington County, Ohio. The types of projects included in the TIP are highway and transit, as well as projects that provide for bicycle and pedestrian amenities. Anyone interested in providing suggestion or comments on projects that should be taken into consideration in the development of the document should contact the WWW-IPC in writing at WWW-IPC, PO Box 247, Parkersburg, WV 26101. Attention: Transportation Study Director. Submissions can also be made by email to randy.durst@movrc.org. All comments must be received by January 5, 2017 to be considered in the draft document. This notice of public involvement activity and time established for public comment satisfies the program of projects public participation requirements.
