Public Hearing Notice
The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR), Bureau for Public Health, Office of Nutrition Services, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is seeking public comments on its 2021 State Plan, in accordance with Federal Regulations 246.4 (29) (b). The plan outlines the WIC Program’s goals, priorities and objectives for the upcoming fiscal year.
The 2021 State Plan will be posted to DHHR’s Office of Nutrition Services website, https://dhhr.wv.gov/wic/, on August 4, 2020.
Comments may be sent to DHHRWIC@wv.gov or mailed to WV WIC Program, Room 519, 350 Capitol Street, Charleston, WV 25301-3717, Attention: Public Comments.
The deadline to submit comments is August 7, 2020. Comments will be posted for review on https://dhhr.wv.gov/wic/ from August 17-21, 2020.
