ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Mountwood Park is accepting sealed bids to purchase and install new heater and air conditioner in cabin 2,4 and 6. Cabin 5 will need heaters replaced only. The furnace units will be Goodman 100,000 BTU, Model# GMSS961005CN. The AC systems will be a 4-ton, 14 seer condensers with R410A refrigerant, Model # CAPF4860C6. New copper line set will be installed. Furnace will be vented with 3″ pvc through the existing furnace vent penetration with new roof boot. New filter rack will be installed to allow easy access for filter change. Removal and disposal of existing furnace and AC system will be included in the quote.
