It appearing that the Father, KERRY DALTON, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on SEPTEMBER 21, 2020, at the hour of 1:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, KERRY DALTON, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, KEITH WHITE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 110 WASHINGTON STREET, P.O. BOX 176, ST. MARYS, WV 26170 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 684-2219.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, KERRY DALTON, with respect of the above-named child, T.R.
