The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to request Quiet Title to the property located at 98 Avalon Addition, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia and, if any, the following additional relief from the Court: WHEREFORE, your Plaintiff prays for the following relief from this Honorable Court:
- That the Court deem the Tax Sale for the property described in Deed Book 1038 at page 48 to be valid.
- For a decree quieting title, vesting the same in Debra J. Tanner free and clear of all claims and liens.
- That should any person or entity defend against this action, that said person or entity shall be required to deposit the sum of the delinquent taxes, costs, and interest, with the Circuit Clerk upon filing the Answer or Responsive Pleading.
- That should any person or entity defend against this action, that said person or entity shall be required to reimburse the Plaintiff for all costs associated with the purchase and improvement of the subject property, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs.
For such other relief that this Honorable Court deems just and appropriate
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, DEBRA J. TANNER it is ordered that MICHAEL J. BURRELL AND EQUICREDIT, do serve upon the WOOD County Circuit Court, whose address is UNKNOWN, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 17, 2017, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Michael J. Burrell, II and EQUICREDIT at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerkás Office.
A copy of the complaint can be obtained from the Clerk at her office located at 2 Government Square, Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101 in said County and State.
