On or about April 28, 2020, R.K.,, on or about December 10, 2013, H.K., on or about May 22, 2015, A.K., and on or about January 3, 2019, E.W., the above-named children were born to MARCELINE KNOPP. It appearing that the Mother, MARCELINE KNOPP, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JUNE 22, 2020, at the hour of 2:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These procedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, MARCELINE KNOPP, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these pro ceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, JOHN OSHOWAY, P.O. BOX 156, GRANTSVILLE, WV 26147 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition results in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, MARCELINE KNOPP, with respect of the above-named children, R.K., H.K., A.K., and E.W.
