FAILURE TO COMPLETE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

Our water system violated State drinking water requirement. Even though these were not emergencies, you, as our customers, have a right to know what happened and what we did to correct the situation (See table below).
An on-site evaluation of our system is conducted on a regular basis. Results of the evaluation show significant deficiencies in our water system which must be addressed to the Office of Environmental Health Services- District Office. We did not correct these deficiencies by the required date and therefore in violation.
What should I do?
There is nothing you need to do at this time.

Failure to address/correct Sanitary Survey deficiencies:
Significant deficiency listed 10/3/14 report
MCP1 – Water unaccountablilty rate
DLEK – find & repair line leaks based on 23.15% reported
water unaccountability rate
SWL2 – Well 1,2, & 4 fencing required
TOTR – Backup generator installation or transfer switch
installation for emergency preparedness

Union Williams PSD has several maintenance and upgrade needs to be addressed. The District has intentions of addressing in our next water project.
