LEGAL NOTICE
The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for #2020-10 COLLECTOR ROAD RESURFACING PROJECT.
Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, First Floor, City Building, #1 Government Square, until 10:00 A.M. FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2020 local time and at that time and place all bids shall be opened, with the bid tabulation being posted on our website http://parkersburgcity.com/pc/services-2/finance/bids/ Vendors shall be registered in the State of West Virginia.
NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTOR’S W.Va. LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION.
Contract documents, including Technical specifications, are on file and may be obtained by interested bidders in the office of the Finance Director.

and specifications on our website at www.parkersburgcity.com
THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE FOR THE
SPECIFICATIONS.
The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds.
Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.
Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Section 202 of Executive order No 11246.
