The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Cavalier Mobile X-Ray Co., Youngstown, Ohio. CON File #20-WV-11832-P, for the expansion of Cavalier Mobile X-ray Co.’s mobile diagnostic imaging services to all counties in West Virginia. The capital expenditue associated with the project is $143,000.00.
