The object of the above-referenced action is quiet title to the Plaintiff.
And it appearing by the
affidavit filed in this action that the last known addresses have been attempted, and not known, it is hereby,

DECEASED, MARK HISSAM, NANCY COLE,
LINDA FARRENKOPF,
AMY RIVERS, and the heirs, devisees, successors, assigns and/or creditors of Bernard Hissam, Deceased, and all the persons or entities who claim any ownership interest in and to that tract of land in the City of Vienna District, Wood County, West Virginia, being all of lot no. 1 of george p. black’s re-division of lots 6 and 7 of greenmont addition no. 2 to vienna, west virginia, as shown on a Plat of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 10, at page 64, shall serve upon Justin M. Raber, Esq., counsel for the Plaintiff, whose address is P.O. Box 157, St. Marys, West Virginia, 26170, a response or any defense you have to this action ON OR BEFORE Friday, April 17, 2020. A hearing is set before the Honorable J.D. Beane at 9:00 am on the 20th day of April, 2020, on the Complaint and further requested relief, and may be continued without further notice or publication. A copy of said Complaint can be
obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
