Wood County Schools will be accepting individual and combined bids for the Secure Entrance Renovations at Jefferson Elementary and Emerson Elementary. Work shall include, but not limited to the following: Construction of new entrance, partition walls, security windows. Etc. Relocation and/or addition of access control, infrastructure, utilities, and lights, as required and as shown on drawings. Bidding documents will be available at

on Monday, March 9, 2020. Electronic bid documents will be provided at no cost and hard copies can be purchased for the cost of printing. A mandatory Prebid Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020, beginning at 2:00 pm at Pickering Associates in Building One, Second Floor Conference Room, located at 11283 Emerson Ave, Parkersburg, WV. The Contractor is responsible for making their own site visits to examine existing conditions. Bids will be due at 12:00 pm on Friday, April 3, 2020, in care of Mrs. Kirsten Lefebure at the Wood County Board of Education at:
1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101
at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
