City of Vienna Invitation to Bid IT #20-02
Specs for the MPLS/Phone Network
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for a
MPLS/Phone Network system.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the
office of the Purchasing Agent, Vienna City Building,
609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until
10:15am on Monday, March 23, 2020,
at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be return to the bidder unopened.
Sealed proposals should be clearly marked
‘SEALED BID IT 20-02″.
Prospective bidders may contact Lisa Bibbee between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday,
for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia.
If applicable, a City business license must be obtained, and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final
payment is rendered.
