The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES – THE MARKET STREET STREETSCAPE PROJECT. Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, first floor, #1 Government Square, until 10:00 A.M., FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2020 and at that time all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.
