The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for SIX (6) BAG CONCRETE CLASS B AND SIX (6) BAG CONCRETE CLASS B W/WATER REDUCER. Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, first floor, #1 Government Square, until 10:05 A.M, TUESDAY JANUARY 28, 2020 and at that time all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.
