NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2019 AT 12:30 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA. AT THAT TIME AND PLACE ANY INTERESTED PARKERSBURG RESIDENT OR PROPERTY OWNER IS INVITED TO COMMENT ON AND AID THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION IN CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:
Old Business:
A. Petition to abandon an approximately 110’ portion of a 15’ undeveloped alleyway, from the easterly right-of-way known as Shrewsbury Place, in a westerly direction to the rear lot line of Tax Map 145, Parcel 38.
Applicant: Brenda Sturm
B. Amending and reenacting municipal ordinance 1301 for the purpose of reducing the Municipal Planning Commission to eleven members.
New Business:
A. Amending and reenacting municipal ordinance 1347 for the purpose of establishing a Small Home Overlay District.
