It is hereby ordered that, KELLY MECHELLE DAVIS, Respondent, serve upon LEIGH ANNE REID, petitioner, whose address is 155 WARREN DRIVE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before NOVEMBER 11, 2019.

If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
