On or about June 30, 2019, K.R., the above-named child, was born to LAURA BARKER. It appearing that the Father, JASON RACER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the SEPTEMBER 27, 2019, at the hour of 2:30 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JASON RACER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 156, GRANTSVILLE, WV 26147, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 354-9204.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JASON RACER, with respect of the above-named child, K.R.
