On or about the 12th day of November 2018, E.R.W., the above-named child, was born to Amanda Michelle Wittig. It appearing that the whereabouts of the father, whose name is UNKNOWN, are unknown, notice is hereby given that the UNKNOWN father is named as a Respondent in the above-styled matter and that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the 30th day of September 2019 at 11:00 Oáclock a.m., before the Honorable Jason Wharton, Circuit Court Judge of Wood County, West Virginia, in his courtroom located on the 2nd floor of the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
The UNKNOWN Respondent Father must appear and defend his interests in the above-styled matter on or before the aforementioned date and time or otherwise the above-styled proceeding may, at any time thereafter upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the father, whose name is UNKNOWN, to the above-named child, E.R.W.
A copy of the Petition, Amended Petition and Second Amended Petition may be obtained by the father from the Circuit Clerk at the Clerkás office, located in the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
The Father, whose name is UNKNOWN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and, if he cannot afford legal representation, F. John Oshoway, P.O. Box 156, Grantsville, West Virginia, 26147, has been appointed by the Court to serve as his attorney and can be reached at (304) 354-9204.
