ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF PARKERSBURG
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP REHABILITATION
PROJECT
Sealed bids for the City of Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortiumás Rehabilitation Program will be received by the City of Parkersburg, West Virginia in the Office of the Finance Director, First Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg, WV 26102 until 10:00AM local time on August 16, 2019 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all materials, installation and other special structures, necessary to complete the rehabilitation at 514 13 1/2 Street Parkersburg, WV.
NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTORáS W.Va. LICENSE NUMBER BEING
INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION.
Bidding documents may be examined in the Office of the Development Director, Fifth Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg, WV 26102 or on the City of Parkersburgás official website under the âBidsã section at:
http://parkersburgcity.com/pc/services-2/finance/bids/. There will be no charge for the specifications.
Proposals may not be modified or withdrawn for a period of 60 days after receipt without forfeiture of bid security, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages. Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.
