THE OBJECT OF THIS ACTION WILL BE TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that both respondents address is unknown, it is hereby ordered that both Lacey R. Waybright and Mark A. Stone serve upon the Wood County Circuit Clerkás office, whose address is; 1 Court Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before August 1, 2019. If you fail to do so, at any time thereafter judgement by default, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you that will terminate your parental rights. This hearing will take place in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, 1 Court Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101
This Order shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks as a Class II Legal Advertisement in The Parkersburg News and Sentinel, a newspaper in the publication area of Wood County, West Virginia.
A copy of the said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at their office at 1 Court Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
