LEGAL NOTICE-BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON JULY 17, 2019, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:
A. Owner/Applicant Diamond Creek LLC (Adam Green and Holly Thiele). 2710 Broadway Extension, B-2 District, Requesting the Board of Zoning Appeals to allow a double-wide (aka Modular) to replace the Green Chiropractic Office.
B. Owner/Applicant Parkersburg Art Inc. (aka PAC LLC and PAC INC). 807-809 Market Street, B-3 District. Requesting the Board of Zoning Appeals to grant a variance for their parking lot to be excused from 1363.02 (2) (a) (1) and (b) the 5 feet width of landscaping along the 8th Street side, and the 3 feet width of landscaping along the Williams Court Alley side.
C. Owner/Applicant Jean Nicholson, 2200 Capital Drive, R-2 District. Requesting the Board of Zoninig Appeals to allow a 3á variance to allow a carport to remain two feet from the property line in the side yard.
