LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County is accepting sealed bids for the financing of the lease/purchase of police vehicles and equipment for such vehicles for the Wood County Sheriffás Department. All bidders should quote on a fixed interest rate on an approximate amount of $225,000.00 over a forty-eight month period and a sixty month period. The quote shall include the amount of the monthly payment equaling the total amount of the purchase based on $225,000.00. Vendors shall be registered in the State of West Virginia.
The County Commission will open sealed bids, during regular session, on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 9:30 A.M. in Room 203 of the Wood County Courthouse. Sealed bids must be received no later than 9:00 A.M. on Monday, May 20, 2019.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
