On or about May 9, 2012, S.K. and on or about October 31, 2013, E.K. the above-named children, were born to ASHLEY BAY. It appearing that the Father, JOSHUA KINNEY, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JUNE 5, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JOSHUA KINNEY, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, COURTNEY AHLBORN, P.O. BOX 226, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 893-9898.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JOSHUA KINNEY, with respect of the above-named children, S.K. and E.K.
