LEGAL NOTICE
The Wood County Solid Waste Authority will be accepting sealed bids for the construction of a wooden cover for the dump bins at the Parkersburg Recycling Center.
Detailed specifications may be obtained in the Office of the Director, 1014 Volcano Road, Waverly, West Virginia. Please call ahead for open office hours at 304-615-9801. Bid Specifications may also be emailed or mailed by US Postal Service upon request by calling the same phone number.
All sealed bids must be received no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 20, 2019; with bid opening to be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 21, 2019, in the Conference Room of the Wood County Tax Assessor located in the Judge Black Annex, 321 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2019 at the Parkersburg Recycling Center, 100 24th Street, Parkersburg, WV. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required and no bids will be accepted from anyone not attending.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any/or all bids.
