TIMBER FOR SALE
The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Section, offers for sale the following timber on approximately 39 acres of the 2,300-acre Ritchie Mines Wildlife Management Area in Ritchie County. The purpose of this timber sale is to create and enhance game and nongame wildlife habitat.

Mailed sealed bids for this timber will be received at the office of the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Section at 2311 Ohio Ave. Parkersburg, WV 26101 by February 20, 2019 at COB. Hand delivered bids will be received up to and including 10 a.m. on February 21, 2019 at the intersection of Route 16 and Route 17 in Ritchie County, WV. Bids will be opened immediately afterwards.
A bid guarantee of 10% of the total bid price must accompany the bid and will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
Minimum acceptable bid shall be $19, 064.84. Minimum bid per species must be met.

A conducted inspection of the WMA project area and review of the sale contract will be held at 10:00 a.m. on February 7, 2019. All persons interested in this tour should meet at the intersection of routes 16 and 17 south of Harrisville.
