Pursuant to West Virginia Code Œ5G-1-3, the Wood County Commissioning is seeking expressions of interest in an engineering study for a communication tower site engineering and environmental study in preparation of constructing a 340’ communication tower and to meet the NEPA/SHPO/THPO communication tower Compliance. Firms are invited to submit an expression of interest, to include a statement of qualifications, performance data, and other material information desired no later than Thursday, January 10, 2019 1:00 P.M (E.S.T.) at the Office of Wood County Commission 1 Court Square # 203, Parkersburg WV 26101 · (304) 424-1984. A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and will conduct discussions with at least three of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the service required, rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the Wood County Commission for approval.
