ORDER OF PUBLICATION

 

The reason for this cause is to determine the rights of Respondent Forrest David Hendershot relating to the missing legal description of the Correction Deed related to the subject property located at and more commonly described as 4102 9th Avenue, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia 26101.

 

And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondent, Forrest David Hendershot, is unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondent serve upon Petitionerás attorney Robert C. Kelly, W. Scott Campbell and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an answer or any defense to the Petition to Reform Deed of Trust filed in this action on or before January 3, 2019; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of the Petition to Reform Deed of Trust in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerkás office.
