NOTICE OF TRUSTEEáS SALE
By virtue of that certain Deed of Trust executed by KAYLA WELLS to Rock S. Wilson, Trustee, to secure EASY STREET, LLC in the amount of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($65,000.00), being dated the 27th day of October, 2017, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Trust and Mortgage Book 1996 at page 373, and default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and upon request of the secured creditor under said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder, on the 17th day of December, 2018, at 11:30 A.M., at the front door of the Court House of Wood County in Parkersburg, West Virginia, those certain lots, tracts or parcels of real estate situate in Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of Worthington Street, which beginning point is 350 feet easterly from the easterly line of Reed Street; thence with the southerly line of Worthington Street, running in an easterly direction 50 feet to the common corner of Lots Nos. 28 and 29 of the Addition herein after named; thence with the common line of said lots, in a southerly direction 452 feet, more or less, to the edge of the water at normal pool stage of Worthington Creek; thence in a westerly direction, down the said Worthington Creek, along the edge of the water thereof, 53 feet, more or less, to a point; thence in a northerly direction parallel with the common line between Lots Nos. 28 and 29, and 50 feet westerly there from, 442 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, and being the easterly one-half of Lot No. 28 of Putnam’s Subdivision of Lots J, K, L, M and N of the division of the A. C. Stephenson Estate, as shown on a plat of said Subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book 2, at page 33.

The aforesaid will be sold subject to any unpaid taxes and existing building restrictions, restrictive covenants, exceptions, reservations, easements and servitudes to which said property has been heretofore subjected.
A special warranty deed will be issued to the purchaser.
Said sale may be adjourned from time to time by mere oral proclamation at the time and place of sale.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of Sale.
