On or about January 29, 2007, A.S., the above-named child was born to AMANDA MACKEY. It appearing that the Mother, AMANDA MACKEY, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on DECEMBER 10, 2018 at the hour of 11:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, AMANDA MACKEY, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of theses proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ROBIN BONOVITCH, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 3301 DUDLEY AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 420-0975.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, AMANDA MACKEY, with respect of the above-named child, A.S.
