On or about April 17, 2012, A.W., the above-named child, was born to JESSICA WILLIAMS. It appearing that the Father, WILLIAM HOLDEN/UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the NOVEMBER 5, 2018, at the hour of 2:00 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, WILLIAM HOLDEN/UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ROBIN BONOVITCH, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 3301 DUDLEY AVE., PARKERSBURG, WV 26104, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 420-0975.
