PUBLIC NOTICE
CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN FOR
PETROLEUM IMPACTED SITE
In response to a release of petroleum products from regulated tanks, the property owner/operator under the direction of the Tanks Corrective Action Unit of the Department of Environmental Protection developed a draft corrective action plan addendum (CAPA) for the following site:

1602 Saint Mary’s Avenue
Parkersburg, West Virginia
WVDEP Facility ID No. 5405903; Leak No: 89-147
The CAPA, dated July 2, 2018, briefly describes the extent of the release and details the proposed cleanup methods at the site. Copies of the CAPA are available for public review at the following location:

Interested parties may submit written comments during the 45-day period beginning Saturday, October 13, 2018 through Tuesday, November 27, 2018.
