Abbreviated Advertisement for Bids (Legal Notice)
Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the following project: Provide & Install Classroom & Cafeteria HVAC Equipment at Greenmont Elementary. Bid documents will be available August 29, 2018, by emailing the request to Kirsten Lefebure, Director of Purchasing, at kirsten.lefebure@k12.wv.us. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Physical Plant Department, 4701 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101, at 9:00 a.m., on August 31, 2018. Job sites shall be visited after sign-in. Bids shall be due at the Physical Plant Department office on September 12, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. There are Bonding requirements for the project.
