The object of the above entitled action is to obtain an Order from the Court requiring the Clerk of the County Commission to execute and record a release of Deed of Trust recorded in Lien Book 459 at page 223 and assigned in Lien Book 459 at page 229.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the addresses of the Defendants herein. In particular, he ran searches through the Ohio Secretary of Stateás Business Entity Search and found that the company is no longer in operations since 2002 therefore he is unable to locate an address to obtain service of the Defendant; it is
ORDERED that the Defendants do serve upon Timothy J. Amos whose address is 543 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 17, 2018, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office at the Juridical Annex, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
