Invitation to Bid ST 19-01
Salt for Streets
The City of Vienna Streets Department is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of salt for use as a deicer on City streets.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Public Works Director, Vienna Utility Board Building, 210 60th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Monday, July 16, 2018, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID ST 19-01ã.
Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia.
