The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony between the Petitioner and the Respondent. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for January 19, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. before the Honorable Ellen Smith, Judge of the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Respondent, Tony Jene Matteson, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia and that said Respondent has no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney-in-fact in the State of West Virginia upon whom service may be had.
It is ORDERED that the Respondent, TONY JENE MATTESON, do serve upon GINNY CONLEY, Petitionerás Attorney, whose address is 1130 Market Street, P. O. Box 143, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26102, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before October 15, 2016, otherwise the prayer of said Petition will be granted. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office at Wood County Judicial Annex, Two Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
