Abbreviated Advertisement for Bids (Legal Notice)
Wood County Schools (WCS) will be accepting sealed bids for the following project: Provide and Install Kawneer Tuffline/Standard 350 Doors, or equal, at Blennerhassett Middle (1-pair), Edison Middle (2-pair), Jackson Middle (1-pair), Kanawha Elem. (2-pair), and Neale Elem. (1-pair). Bid documents will be available starting May 9, 2018, by emailing the request to Kirsten Lefebure, Director of Purchasing, at kirsten.lefebure@k12.wv.us.
There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Physical Plant Department, 4701 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on May 17, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. Bids will be due at the Physical Plant office on June 7, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. There are Bonding requirements for the project.
