SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE COLLECTION OF
RESIDENTIAL
RECYCLED MATERIALS IN THE CITY OF VIENNA, WV
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the following: THE COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL RECYCLED MATERIALS IN THE CITY OF VIENNA, WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA FROM JULY 1, 2018 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2021.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed bids will be received until May 18, 2018 at 9AM at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals shall be clearly marked âPROPOSAL FOR RESIDENTIAL RECYCLABLE MATERIALS & SERVICES.ã
Prospective bidders may contact Purchasing Agent Lisa Bibbee at (304) 295-6928, between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
