ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Wirt County Board of Education will be accepting bids for a lighting project. The project entails installation of motion sensors and dimmer switches throughout all three schools (Wirt County Middle School, Primary Center, and High School); electrical wiring and equipment as needed, demolition, restoration and installation of dimmer panel and switches for the auditorium and gymnasium at Wirt County High School. Wirt County High School is located at 431 Mulberry Street, Wirt County Middle School is located at 426 School View Street, and Wirt County Primary Center is located at 438 School View Street, all are located in Elizabeth, West Virginia. Bid specifications will be provided at the mandatory pre-bid meeting which will be held on April 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wirt County Board of Education office located at 793 Mulberry Street in Elizabeth, West Virginia. All questions may be directed to Curtis Moore at 304-588-8968. Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at the Wirt County Board of Education, P.O. Box 189, Elizabeth, WV 26143. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
