LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting bids for the removal and construction of sidewalks and handicap ramps at the Wood County Courthouse, One Court Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
All sealed bids must be received no later than 9:30 am on Monday, October 3, 2016 with bid opening to be held by the County Commission at 10:00 am on Monday, October 3, 2016 in Room 203 of the Wood County Courthouse.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Wood County Courthouse, One Court Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
A copy of the following items must be included with bid to be a complete package: West Virginia Contract’s License, Workers’ Compensation Certification of Insurance, and Liability Insurance Coverage.
A copy of the Bid Specifications can be obtained at the Wood County Administrator’s Office, Wood County Courthouse, One Court Square, Room 205, Parkersburg, West Virginia during the hours of 9:00 am 4:00 pm Monday Friday (regular work days holidays excluded).
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
